My name is John Bremer and I am original resident-owner of Trendmaker Homes North, having

purchased my unit in 1986. I have served you on the Board for more than sixteen years.

During my time on the Board I’ve committed to attending every Board meeting. Working closely

with my fellow Board members we are committed to maintaining and improving the physical

condition of the community, while at the same time keeping our monthly fee affordable.

I am proud to say that, to the best of my knowledge, Trendmaker Homes North has the lowest

monthly maintenance fee of any condo or townhouse association in the area.

Over the years I have conducted and continue to conduct weekly site inspections, along with onsite

meetings with our management company and contractors in order to facilitate needed work.

My goal is an affordable, safe, and beautiful community for all, all of which works

to support good resale values.

Currently retired, I have a strong background in risk management, and have time to devote to the

community.

There remains much to be done and new challenges to tackle. I ask for your vote of confidence so

I that may remain on the Board in order to move forward with this important work and provide

you, my neighbors, with a safe, well maintained living environment, while keeping your costs as

low as possible during these challenging economic times.

Adrian Cameron is an energetic and result-driven Assistant Director of

Information Technology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. 

He is tech-savvy and enthusiastic about emerging technologies.

Adrian proudly holds a Master of Business and Public Administration and a Bachelor in Computer Science. His knack for results has seen him rise progressively from a Data Specialist and IT Project Manager to his current role, leaving indelible marks along his path of success. Intelligent and thoughtful, Adrian boasts a strong work ethic that uniquely defines him, offering services anchored on professionalism. He is complimented most for his excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills, which are transferable to various organizations. An eager team player who thrives in collaboration for joint mission success, his colleagues find a reliable and resourceful partner to work with. Adrian's combined academic and work experience has propelled him into more significant responsibilities and leadership roles, earning him promotions within the organization. The quest to understand the relationship between leadership, motivation, and organizational success drives his search for more knowledge. The prospect of helping society with his findings gives him great hope.

Hi, I'm Donna Summers and I'm your Board's Secretary. I am an original owner here in the Community and I enjoy serving the Trendmaker North Community.

I have been a resident of Somerset for over 35 years and work also as a NJ Real Estate Agent for Keller Williams Elite Realtors. 

My number one concern is always protecting and enriching the value in your investment as well as keeping our complex a great place to call "home".

I hold a degree in Marketing Art and Design and a Master's Certificate in Project Management. For much of my career I  worked as a Graphic Designer/Photographer and Creative & Interactive Project Manager for Fortune 500 Companies/Brands. I have also held my Real Estate license for almost 30 years. I joined our Condo Association to keep an eye on the protection of our investments and care about the well being of our community.
